Personally Identifiable Information collected through our SMS program will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

ICDP does not sell your Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Public disclosure of contributions. California law requires us to publicly report the name, address, occupation, and employer of donors who give above certain thresholds. This information appears on our campaign finance reports filed with the appropriate filing officer.
