Bylaws
On this page, you can access the bylaws of the Imperial County Central Committee (ICDCC), the governing body of the Imperial County Democratic Party.
The ICDCC bylaws were adopted and became effective December 7, 2022. They were amended on September 14, 2023 and on April 1, 2024. The state Elections Code, specifically Sections 7200 through 7244, govern the conduct and organization of Democratic county central committees, including the ICDCC. ICDCC Code of Conduct
The first three sections of Article 5 of the Imperial County Democratic Central Committee (ICDCC) bylaws are collectively referred to as the Code of Conduct, and are required to be compiled and published separately for ease of reference. A copy of the Code shall be given to all new members and be available to the public on its official website. |
